Reporting to the General Manager, The ideal candidate must have a solid background on Front Office Operations with five star luxury hotel/resort background with pre opening experience. You will be familiar in working within complex and diverse operations, be committed to excellence and to ensuring the highest standards of customer satisfaction, Pro-active, a mover and shaker who will make things happen and oversee following department:

  • Front office
  • Guest Relations
  • Porters
  • Airport Lounge
  • Telephone Operator
  • Transportation

Qualifications & Experience:

  • High school diploma or GED; 3 years experience in Managing the guest services, front desk, in a Luxury Hotel or Resort.
  • Knowledge of Opera PMS is mandatory.
  • Ability to meet financial targets.
  •  Willingness to develop team members and self.
  • English language compulsory, preferred Multi Language speaker.
  • Previous experience in the Maldives / Indian Ocean is a strong advantage.
