  • To provide a courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service at all times, following SUN Resort’s Standards of Performance.
  • Preparing and serving drinks and signature cocktails to our guests.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment.
  • Ability to work cohesively with fellow Associates as part of a team.
  • Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times.
  • To consistently provide thoughtful, caring and sincere service.
  • To assist guests regarding all beverage menu items in an informative and helpful way.
  • To mix drinks and control the beverage stock as per guidelines.
  • To have full knowledge of beverage lists and promotions.
  • To have full knowledge of all menu items, garnishes, contents and preparation methods.
  • To follow outlet policies, procedures and service standards.
  • To follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage
  • To professionally set up bar at the start of opening, including liquor, icing, glassware, juices and garnishes.
  • To process drink orders in proper calling order, to check for correct number of drinks and manage billing quickly and efficiently.
  • Delight the guest by offering trend setting and innovative products and services and contribute to sales activities and assist in maximizing revenue.
  • To carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.
  • To ensure that the place of work and surrounding area is kept clean and organized at all times.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Strong personality, attentive and smartly presentable
  • Passion for delivering exceptional guest service
  • Excellent knowledge of beverages
  • Innovative in cocktail mixing
  • Experience on beverage inventories
  • Highly motivated and organized
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Minimum 2 year’s experience of a similar role in a 5 star resort/hotel
  • Exposed to Buddha Bar concept
