An exciting opportunity has arisen for Personal Assistant to General Manager to join a team of passionate and talented colleagues.

As Personal Assistant to General Manager, you will support the General Manager in the Executive Office with all administrative and organizational activities. You will have to arrange and schedule appointments and/or meetings for the General Manager. You are responsible for keeping and updating files in an orderly manner, to ensure efficient running for the department and controls the flow and screen all documentation routed to the Office of the General Manager. You need to follow through instructions or directives cascaded down to the Heads of Departments members or to the department heads by the General Manager and ensures that all these are adhered to.

  • Ideally, minimum 5 years of experience on Personal Assistant position in 5 Star Hotel/Resort, with relevant school/college qualifications.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office: MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint, and possess excellent word processing skills
  • Maintain positive and productive working relationships with other employees and departments
  • Ability to work independently and to partner with others to promote an environment of teamwork
  • Flexible team player willing to learn new tasks and help where needed
  • Highly organized and detail oriented
