Further strategic developments in South East Asia and the Middle East, make this one of the premium luxury brands to watch in 2014 and beyond.Job summary As Cluster Director of Sales & Marketing you will be leading all sales activities for the PER AQUUM properties in the Maldives from a strategic perspective, achieving revenue and profit targets and growing and developing a loyal customer base on behalf of the brand. Due to training and leading by example you ensure that the sales department fully understands the importance and priority of current account bases and establish new clients contacts. Further you need to ensure that all new team members are properly oriented in the sales strategy, positioning, product knowledge and service offering of the brand and that all team members are fully trained to successfully do their job. Last importantly is driving opportunities to up-sell and cross-sell of our products. Qualifications • Bachelor’s Degree in any related field • At least 5 years experience in directing and leading a sales team in international hospitality industry businesses. • Experience in sales account management, revenue management, marketing communication, with good knowledge of hotel operations and management. • Fluent in English, written and verbally • Strong professional relationships within the industry Daring to be Different!
