The RM is responsible and accountable for all hotel activities, and assumes responsibility for the day to day management of the hotel and its staff. Ensure that all activities are consistent with supportive of the hotel’s business plan and ensure all employees are performing their job responsibilities and meeting expectations in all areas of the job descriptions. A key player in the development and implementation of business growth strategies to increase revenue.
The ideal candidate has a minimum of 10 years’ experience in hospitality and is speaking European languages including English. Prior island experience is essential with proven background in senior management positions, and the ability to lead effectively a large workforce. You are a master of product branding and have impeccable communication levels for both clients and staff. Strong Food and Beverage back ground will be added advantage.
You are a true leader, implementing and maintain best practices and have an uncompromising attitude to quality and standards. You maximize guest satisfaction, be familiar in welcoming and dealing with VIPs and promote team work around your management team and staff.

Qualifications, experience and Skills:
Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management from a reputable hotel school or other relevant degree from reputable university. Minimum of Five (5) years Resort /hotel experience as a Resort/ Residence Manager overseeing a busy 5 star rated operation. In depth knowledge and experience in budgeting and business planning. Exceptional interpersonal skill, extensive computer skill, strong business sense, strong financial and marketing expertise and outstanding leadership skill. Self-starter, proactive, professional and presentable person with excellent communication skills. Proven ability to handle responsibility. Good understanding of the entire hotel operation and with track record in revenue management.
Able to achieve sales targets with previous successful sales experience. Fluent in English with additional European Language Confident, friendly, flexible and enthusiastic with a good sense of humor. Committed to achieving excellent Guest service. Good time management and organisational skills. Experience of team management and staff motivation
Working hours - 6 days a week with one day off, 30 days annual leave on completion of 1 year of service, Resort Service Charge, Phone allowance, Rest & Relax Trip, Phone allowances with many other benefits and privileges.
