Key Job Functions

  • To supervise the daily Food & Beverage operation in its entirety, including;
  • Quality and consistency of service and products
  • Supervise/monitor all cost factors relating food & beverage
  • Cleanliness of all Food & Beverage areas
  • Final selection and training of staff
  • Production of Departmental profit
  • Delegate and ensure responsibility for various elements of the operation to the respective staff members
